Tiers 3–5 require a $150/year Launch Client Annual Account Maintenance Fee (consulting clients only).
Understanding billing.
Invoices issued around the 1st of each month for the prior month’s services.
Deposit to start, project-specific schedule, final payment on delivery.
Auto-pay through Stripe.
Standard: Net 7. Late fee of 2% if payment isn’t received within 10 days (3-day grace period for processing).
Extended: Net 15 with $1,500 retainer. Net 30 with $3,000 retainer. Retainers are applied to invoices 3 days past due.
Auto-pay for hassle-free billing — we send the invoice and pull payment automatically.
